Scoop Bar Disclosure

Your purchase is for an assortment of randomly selected merchandise. We do our best to select items that fit the preferences provided on your preference form; however, specific items, brands, colors, themes, and categories cannot be guaranteed.

Our selections are limited to the inventory available at the time your order is prepared. If we do not have items that match every preference, we will use the information you provided to choose the closest available options we believe you may enjoy.

Every paid order receives merchandise according to the Scoop purchased. The random selection determines which items you receive—not whether you receive merchandise. This is a retail purchase and is not a contest, raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, gambling activity, or game with winners and losers.
